Oat and banana waffle
Updated: Mar 30, 2020
The waffle diet continues, and there is no full diet plan with a out a breakfast solution.
My diet consists of oats for breakfast every day and when I get really tired of smoothie bowls and oat meal and what else, it's breakfast party waffle time or as it's know in the waffle diet: The oat and banana waffle.

Oat and banana breakfast staple waffle
makes 4 waffles.
Waffle Ingredients:
150 g oats
2 bananas - ripe
1 tbsp. olive oil
50 ml. plant based milk (I used oat - you can use dairy)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon/cardamom
salt
Topping:
1 apple
yoghurt (I used oat yoghurt)
berry powder
whatever you like on top of waffles

Step 1.
Blend the oats, then add the rest of the ingredients for the waffles.
Step 2.
Turn on waffle iron, I set it on 5/6 spray with a tiny bit of oil. Pour 1 ladle the middle of the waffle iron, close it up and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 3.
Repeat step 2. three more times.
Step 4.
Serve the warm waffles topped with yoghurt, apple, lemon zest and cranberry powder (or whatever you like)
Step 5.
Snap a picture, share it on social media and tag @dailystews (me) and then EAT!

As you can see, it's ALSO easy peasy like 1-2-3 to do these, and you can change the topping to whatever you like. Let me see your creations, tag me on your instagram story @dailystews and I'll give you some emoji love and lots of thumbs up!
Thanks for reading, stay home, wash your hands and call your BFF -
and order groceries online from your local shops. (I'm working on my list of favorites in Copenhagen!)
